NumberingData is a free reference. You may read it, link to it, and quote figures from it with attribution.

No warranty, and why it matters here

The data here comes from public records and from reports by members of the public. NANPA records are authoritative about number allocation. FTC complaint data is, in the FTC's own words, not verified – and user reports certainly are not. Do not treat a complaint count or a user report as proof of who called you or of what they did.

Nothing here is legal, financial or security advice. If you have lost money to a caller, report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to your bank.

What you may not do

Do not use this site to identify, locate or harass anyone, and do not scrape it to build a people-search product. We publish no personal information and we will not be a step in that chain.
